The app lets the owner see charges and documents, pay, submit requests, invite visitors, and take part in votes and news. The association and the management company are responsible for the accuracy of charges, balances and decisions.

Use your correct details, keep your password and sign-in codes secret, and never share them.

Accessing others' data, trying to disrupt the app, or posting abusive content in requests and the community. The account may be suspended for a breach or at the association's request.

All amounts are in UAE dirhams. Card payments go through N-Genius (Network International) and are collected by the management company on the association's behalf. Online payment fees appear as a separate line before paying, and the receipt is issued in the association's name once the gateway confirms. Bank transfers carry no extra fee; the balance is updated after the proof is reviewed.

Some services the owner requests (such as SMS, WhatsApp messages and clearance certificates) may carry a fee shown before the request.

The «Khorfakkan Resort» name and logo belong to Sharjah Islamic Bank. The software belongs to AlMudeer Information Technology and is licensed to the project.

We work to keep the app available; it may pause for maintenance. We are not liable for indirect damage, and liability is limited to the value of the charge in question.

Changes are published with a version and date, and the owner accepts them in the app before continuing.

These terms are governed by UAE law; the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah hear any dispute.
